Rowe, SJD, Georgette Dupke, RACC, Bobbie Montanari,  RJD, Hilary Carlson, and RTCC, Char Christensen for judges with a rating of Level 8 or higher. Region 5 PIF The following PIF is due by August 1 to the SACC, Douglas A. Rowe, and on September 1 to the SJD, Georgette Dupke, for all judges who would like to be considered to judge state meets for the upcoming year (updated 07/2009).
